Yes, you can upload any file using the file browser.

Yes, it is possible. You can easily upgrade to a paid plan with just a few clicks on the client portal site.
Is difficult setup work like with VPS unnecessary?
Yes, a server instance with the server application for your ordered game title will be automatically built, so no complicated work is required.
