1. Premise

For the benefit of all customers, we have established several rules and regulations regarding our services. It is important to comply with these, so we have endeavored to make them as clear, concise, and readable as possible. For the purposes of this document, “your service” and similar terms refer to any service you own and rent from us.
If you have any questions after reading the Terms of Use, please feel free to submit a support ticket and ask about any of these points. We strive to provide appropriate notice of major changes to this document, but this may not always be possible. Therefore, please check for updates frequently.

4. Binding by Terms of Use

By purchasing a service from our website, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any provided service for any reason, with or without refund, notice, or warning. We also reserve the right to change the Terms of Use at any time, with or without notice to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to regularly understand the latest Terms of Use. If the client does not comply with the changes to the new Terms of Use, the service will be terminated at our discretion.

6. General Assumptions

  • Please use good faith and common sense judgment at all times.
  • We reserve the right to change our Terms of Use at any time. It is your own responsibility to be aware of and maintain the latest version of our Terms of Use.
  • Do not use our services for activities that are illegal in Japan or the country where you reside.
  • Do not run MODs/applications, etc. that would interfere with our services, such as generating large amounts of traffic.
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to contract our services. If you are under 18, you must obtain parental consent.

7. Security

  • Do not share your account details with third parties.
  • If you wish to allow friends access to the game panel for joint server management, please submit a ticket.
  • Do not use our services for activities that are illegal in Japan or the country where you reside.

8. Payment

  • Services will become active after the initial payment is received at the time of application.
  • If you do not renew your service before the contract expiration date, there is a 3-day grace period; after this period, the service will be suspended.
  • For 5 days after the service expiration date, you can pay the overdue service fee and resume the suspended service.
  • If more than 10 days have passed since the service expiration date, the service will be terminated and the game server instance will also be deleted.
  • If a chargeback or payment dispute occurs, your account will be immediately suspended.
  • Credits deposited to your account cannot be refunded or withdrawn.

9. 72-Hour Refund Guarantee

  • You may request a refund only within 72 hours of a new service becoming active.
  • This refund guarantee may only be used once.
  • To request a refund, please submit a ticket; our staff may ask you for the reason you wish to receive a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to your PayPal account.
  • If it is confirmed that you are abusing the refund guarantee system through multiple refund requests or falsified identity, your refund request will be denied.

10. In the Event of Overpayment or Incorrect Payment

  • If you accidentally pay the service fee twice, please submit a ticket; our staff will issue a refund after confirming the details.

11. Service Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time from the service management screen in the client portal.
  • When a service is cancelled, the game server instance will be immediately deleted.

12. Handling of Personal Information

  • “Personal Information” refers to “personal information” as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act (個人情報保護法) established in Japan, and refers to information about living individuals that can identify specific individuals through names, dates of birth, addresses, telephone numbers, contact information and other descriptions contained in such information, as well as information that can identify specific individuals from the information alone, such as data relating to appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and health insurance card insurer numbers (personally identifiable information).

12.1 Method of Collecting Personal Information

  • When users register for use, we may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, and driver’s license number. Credit card information is structured so that it is never stored on our servers.

12.2 Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The purposes for which we collect and use personal information are as follows:

  1. To provide and operate our services
  2. To respond to inquiries from users (including identity verification)
  3. To send emails about new features, updates, campaigns, etc. of services users are currently using, and information about other services we provide
  4. To contact users as necessary, such as for maintenance and important notices
  5. To identify users who have violated the Terms of Use or who attempt to use the service for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to refuse their use
  6. To allow users to view, change, or delete their own registration information and to view their usage status
  7. To bill users for usage fees for paid services
  8. Purposes incidental to the above purposes of use

12.3 Changes to Purpose of Use

  1. We may change the purpose of use of personal information only when it is reasonably recognized that the purpose of use has relevance to the purpose before the change.
  2. In the event of a change to the purpose of use, we will notify users of the changed purpose by our prescribed method or publish it on this website.

12.4 Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

  1. We will not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of users, except in the following cases. However, this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations.
  2. When it is necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
  3. When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person
  4. When an order for information inquiry has been issued by a national institution or based on relevant laws and regulations

12.5 Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.

  1. When requested by the person to suspend or delete the use (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) of personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by fraudulent means, we will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
  2. Based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, if we determine that it is necessary to respond to the request, we will suspend the use, etc. of the personal information without delay.
  3. When we have suspended use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when we have decided not to suspend use, etc., we will notify the user without delay.
  4. We will delete all personal information of users 60 days after they cancel all services.

12.6 Policy Changes

  1. The contents of this policy may be changed without notice to users, except for matters stipulated by laws and regulations and other matters separately provided for in this policy.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by us, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
